I'm such a freakin' cliché

In this play, the part of UPS man will be played by the nice, unassuming delivery man who shows up at our office every day.

The part of me, will be played by...uh...me.

Doorbell rings.
I look up to see UPS man at the door with envelope barely the size of the scanner to check it in.

Me: (opening door) Wow, what a small package you have!
UPS man: (silence)
UPS man: (silence)
Me: (signing scanner)
UPS man: Last name?
Me: (stating last name)
UPS man: (silence, turns on heel and leaves)
