And a Boot...

Remember that time I fell into a Rhododendron bush and broke my ankle?  Yeah.  I had forgotten too.

No worries...I didn't do it again.  I just happened upon this series of pictures I took during my two weeks of hobbling and figured I'd post them here for your entertainment so you can marvel at how instagram really does make everything seem better:

Day 1 - moments after being assigned the boot...

Not to be discouraged - I shed the boot to dip my toes in the pool during a wedding weekend in Cape Cod.  It was not a well thought out plan, even movement from the water hurt.
